Application

The SWDB series swing-type pellet stabilizer is mainly used in the pelleting section of feed mills producing high-grade aquatic feed. It allows hot pellets discharged from the pellet mill at temperatures as high as 80–90°C to be retained inside the stabilizer drum for a period of time, promoting improvement in the internal structure and nutritional quality of the pellets. This process enhances the degree of gelatinization and the water stability of the feed.

In this manual, the improved version of the SWDB series swing-type stabilizer is hereinafter referred to as the “Stabilizer”.

Main Features and Functions

Vertical structure with a clean and compact appearance;
Advanced stabilization principle using a swing-type discharge mechanism controlled by a flexible hydraulic system, ensuring smooth discharge with adjustable flow rate and speed for even output;
Arc-shaped corners inside the stabilizing chamber eliminate dead zones and prevent material buildup;
All parts in contact with feed are made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance;
Jacketed heating and insulation system, ensuring high and stable temperature with uniform heating of the material;
Maintenance door on the front of the machine for convenient inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.
